EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes a product just isn’t right, that’s why we offer 30 day exchange/returns for all orders placed on pureaussieugg.com.au

To be eligible for a refund the products you are returning must meet the following conditions:

• Must be purchased from pureaussieugg.com.au
• Purchased within the last 30 days
• Products must be in original condition Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
• In its original condition and in the original packaging with all the labelling
• We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase

Please include the exchange/refund form when you post the items back for a refund. pureaussieugg.com.au is not liable for the postage costs of returning products.

All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are not subject to restocking fee.

Please keep in mind we offer 30 day returns only pureaussieugg.com.au does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Depending on the method of delivery used, it can take up to 5 working days for your returned goods to arrive at the pureaussieugg.com.au warehouse. Once the goods have been received, they will be accessed to see if they are eligible for a refund, this process can take further 1-2 business days. You will be notified by email if the refund is approved and it will then be processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will appear in your account approximately 2-7 business days after it has been processed.

If we receive products and assess them as not being eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you at your cost. These items will incur a postage charge – AU$15 for Australian returns and AU$55 for International returns. All efforts will be made to contact you, however, if we do not hear from you within 30 days we reserve the right to dispose of your items.
